Steven Boster, attorney at law, is a member of the State Bar of California, the Kern County Bar and the Indian Wells Valley Bar Association. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Concord Law School, a Master of Science in Administration from California State University Bakersfield, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University Stanislaus in Turlock. Boster is a member and past president of the Rotary Club of China Lake and a member of the Ridgecrest Chamber of Commerce. He is a 25 year resident of the Indian Wells Valley.

Prior to opening his law practice at 115 North Balsam St. Suite C in Ridgecrest, he was employed by the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake for 22 years, including 5 years as the Director of Public Affairs. Prior to working at China Lake he held editorial management positions at The News-Review and The Daily Independant newspapers.
